One Day in the Life of Daniel Radcliffe

Renowned  photographer Tim Hailand  has created a photo essay book chronicling a day in the life of actor Daniel Radcliffe (My Boy Jack, December Boys, um... Harry Potter!!!) as he prepared for a performance of the controversial and acclaimed Broadway drama Equus, which even non-theater folk remember last year as the one where Harry Potter whipped out his magic wand. Hailand's beautiful and revealing series "A Day in the life of" have chronicled a smattering of talented theatrical queers in NYC His statement on the project  reads:

Originally undertaken as an assignment from V Man magazine on singer Jake Shears of Scissor Sisters, I decided to continue the Day in The Life Of series with other artists.
The concept is simple, shoot an entire day in ones life and then edit it down to 24 images. The "day" aspect of piece is shot in black and white, and the "highlight" of the day in color – much like The Wizard of Oz

Tim Hailand is releasing the photo book of Radcliffe with a portion of the proceeds going to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS .  You may recall earlier this year  Daniel Radcliffe himself donated a considerable sum to the Trevor project, an out reach suicide prevention network for at risk queer teens.

See some shots of intimate shots of Daniel after the jump.
