Van De Kamp's fish sticks can stick their fish somewhere else...
I keep seeing this advert and the supposedly cutesy child really sets me off. She's a mouthy little disrespectful child and her mother gives in to her rude behavior there by reinforcing it with positive reward. UGH! I know it's just an advert for frozen fish products but I think it's an interesting snap shot of parent-child relations in America today.

I think that the commercial is supposed to be "ironic;" a cute, sweet-looking little girl that is acting contrary to assumptions in being demanding like a grown up (supposedly to invoke either laughter or "awww"). I generally hate this kind of marketing, but this particular ad takes the cake...or fish-stick. Cute child irony FAIL!
