A student show actually worth checking out in Portland is that of artstar photographer Holly Andres who's been helming a class on experimental film and video art at Portland State University. Check out the product: a group show of video installation art at the MK Gallery June 17th-26th 2010.
Some artists include: Drammy award-winning theater director Grace Carter, Rachel Hightower, Ron Mason Gassaway, Stuart Mayer, Chase Biado, Stephen Karnes, Sam Korman and many more super talented art stars of tomorrow (oh yeah and myself.)
A couple of PG-rated shots of my rather X-rated installation MOTEL that is part of the exhibition. -Getting one's MFA takes a long time when you pay for it all yourself kids.
